ah in photoshop, you need to make a new layer. then double click on it, so the advanced blending options show, and on the bottom you have an option called "stroke". check that one. you can also change color of your stroke there as well as thickness. then you take a selection tool and make a circle and fill it wiht the desired color for your speech bubble. and voila- its done. Ah, I just read a bunch of this in a short amount of time and I have to say I regret not coming across it earlier. It's a beautifully paced comic and the art is satisfying. Character expressions are the key to my love and you do them brilliantly. I hope you don't mind me pointing this out but I think in the previous comic page as well as this one you've written "a lot" as one word. I'm curious about how Elly's sister sounds out loud. She doesn't seem to be a fan of contractions and it's really interesting, gives her a quirky quality
