As for anatomy....I think fixing your lighting would actually help. If we call directly in front of Stein twelve o'clock, the lighting on his forehead is from twelve, slightly upward. The lighting on his nose/chin/cheek is more 10 or 11 slightly downward. His arm is closer to 9 or 10, and his left shoulder is from 8 or 9, slightly up. His left hand has lighting from 8, upward. All of that, and there's no lighting on his chest. Mixed lighting can flatten the figure, making the anatomy look awkward even if it's good. In this case, it's flattening any dimension to his chest and left arm, especially the shoulder.
